Cancellation & Refund Policy

Once you received the parcel please do 360degree parcel opening video so that we can help you if there is any issue regarding product. Products are not eligible for returns or exchange unless the product delivered has a manufacturing defect or an incorrect product has been shipped to you. International orders are not eligible for returns or exchange. No Return or Exchange is permitted for orders placed during Clearance SALE . If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.

For damage/quality issues or fulfilment error, please provide order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the defective item along with parcel opening video the packaging it was received in within 48hrs of product delivery

Upon receiving your email,call or WhatsApp massage our team will analyse your concern and approve/reject your return request. We address these on a case-by-case basis but we will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Incase of wrong product/manufacturing defect what you need to do is for Return/Exchange

Please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, labels, authenticity tags, dust bags and/or any other inclusions sold as a part of the purchase. Connect with us and send all the details,we will send you the address and send the parcel to us(But it should be in criteria). Send us the courier receipt and tracking number once you dispatch. Upon receipt of the product at our store, it will be subject to quality inspection and if it passes the inspection, a fresh piece will be dispatched to you. If a replacement piece is not available,you can select other products in same amount or if you opt for refund we will proceed it.

If your purchase meets the eligibility criteria stated above, we will exchange and offer a fresh piece. In case we are unable to do so, we will email or call you with the registered email id and your phone number . Credit amount will not include shipping charges, including those to return the product to Pranika’s Fashion House 

Cancellation will only be accepted if your order hasn’t been shipped. Once shipped, and you still choose to cancel the order, You will not get refund. Disclaimer: All return requests are subject to the discretion of the Pranika’s Fashion House team. We hold the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer.

– Refunds to payments made by PayPal and/or Credit Cards generally take 3-7 business days to get processed and reflect on statements

– Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 3-7 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

– Refunds will be made via Bank Transfer/PayTM will reflect within 3-7 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
